I have taken Greek (in Bible College/Seminary) for 3yrs, and I feel like I am just starting to scratch the surface :). Its definitely a daily committment. I decided a while back that I wanted to become fluent in the original languages of the Scripture so I am just a Greek "student". However, I view the study of Greek as an ongoing process. In other words, I am not sure when I will reach the Greek "scholar" level...maybe 10 years? :) AMDG I do not fluently read Koine Greek (yet).
